How long does a typical Tampa bathroom remodel take?
Most of our bathrooms wrap in 2–6 weeks from demo to walkthrough. A half-bath refresh is 2 weeks; a full remodel is 3–4; a master suite with wet room is 5–8. We commit to a written timeline before we start, and if we run over we own it.
Do I need to move out during construction?
Almost never. We tarp off the work area, protect adjacent floors and furniture, and clean up daily. If you only have one bathroom, we plan around your morning routine and can usually preserve toilet access most of the project.
Are permits actually required for a bathroom remodel?
Yes — in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, any project that moves plumbing, electrical, or structural elements requires a permit. Franchise brands skip this by only doing surface installs. We pull permits, we schedule the inspections, and we build to code. That's what protects your warranty and your resale value.
What's actually included in the "free" consultation?
An on-site visit with our design lead (60–90 minutes). We measure the space, discuss how you use it now vs. how you want to, take reference photos, and answer questions on scope and rough budget. No sales pressure and no charge — even if you decide not to move forward.
Do you offer financing?
